Hazard and Risk Management or HARM can also be called FMEA, HACCP or HARA and is the development and management of a system designed to ultimately produce safe and legal product that is fit for purpose throughout the supply chain. Currently there is lack of formal training available for developing risk analysis studies specifically designed for packaging and packaging material manufacturers. This course will be tailor made to your product, taking an in-depth look at the various specific risks applicable to your process and taking into account all the requirements of the BRC Global Standards.
