This course introduces delegates to the BRCGS Global Standard for Storage & Distribution and its requirements. The course also explains the audit protocols and how these affect companies seeking and maintaining certification.

Who should attend? This course is designed for Quality Managers and other Senior Managers in a company working towards initial certification or as a conversion course for issue 3 of the standard. This course is also useful for new auditors when combined with the 1 day BRCGS Internal Auditor course. Note: Delegates must have read and reviewed a copy of the BRCGS Global Standard prior to the course.
Course objectives The objective of this course is to explain the requirements of the standard, identify changes for issue 3 and to explain the audit protocols.
