Contract review carried out to arrange suitable assessor*
Assessor liaises with customer to arrange assessment (QAIC (Packaging) office issue assessment program & invoice)*
Assessor conducts assessment (Written assessment report issued)*
Two stage technical review of assessment report carried out by administrative staff and an assessor qualified to audit to the standard*
If applicable, NCR corrective action is supplied by customer and reviewed by assessor*
Certification panel review report pack for award of registration (Certificate is issued once payment has been made)*
Final report & certificate uploaded to the BRCGS Directory*
Public registers are updated with customer details (Both head office and internet registers)*
Ongoing certification is managed by further audits conducted at the frequency and within the timescales set down the BRCGS rules*
